Best in kashipur for a budget range

Stayed their for 15days for my official work. They did gave me some discount after a recommendation from other colleague in kashipur. This is the best you can get in the price range of 1500 per night in kashipur. Why I have given 3 stars is not because of the service but because of the things that the owner should look into it. First change your door locks. They don't work properly. I changed 3 rooms and all 3 had lock issues. Do something for the dampness.

I booked for my friends who were travelling from Jaipur to my place (Kashipur) room wasn't cleaned properly, dirty bed sheets, dust everywhere in the room, smelly washroom, housekeeping staff behavior is not at all good, Main door lock was broken, after a long journey we wanted to be relaxed but unfortunately we had selected this place in last minute which was our wrong selection. It was a worst experience I ever had. The only thing which we really would say good their reception staff was nice & polite while talking.

Location : on the most busy Kashipur -Ramnagar Road. I asked them before booking, if they have parking, beacause i knew that there is no parking in front of the hotel as its located on the main road. THey assured that a secured parking is available behind the hotel but refused when i reached saying there is no security guard in the back side. So if you have a vehicle you have to wait till late in night to get the other shops closed and then you can park. This being Deepawali time, the shops were open till 9.30 in the night. Check In and check out was through and dint take much time. Room given was dirty and smelly. Bed Sheet & Pillow covers looked like they were not changed since ages. Washbasin and WC had hair everywhere. Lots n lots of mosquitos everywhere on lights. i asked the boy to spray HIT and he refused saying "Ye to phir aa jayenge" ROom service is fast and food is good in taste. Overall a not to be recommended property if you are not getting a huge discount from some travel website.

Rooms are small and walls are damp. Wallpapers are coming out, there are rats moving around. I do not suggest this hotel for anyone it is a total disappointment. Staff does not have any courtesy to serve
